Feijoada completa is perhaps south eastern Brazil's most typical dish.
It is usually served as lunch on Saturdays and the meal can last several hours.
Feijoada completa is a black-bean and meat stew, with smoked ham and spicy
sausages. It is eaten with rice, fried port, boiled kale, farofa (manioc
flour), slices of fresh sweet orange and a fiery hot pepper sauce.     |
