Chile: Huasos, or cowboys, in traditional dress take part in the annual Fiesta of Cuasimodo, which is held in several places in the Central Valley on the first Sunday after Easter. The fiesta dates from colonial times when priests rode out to take the Holy Sacraments to the sick and elderly.
