Brazil: The Copan building and skyscrapers of São Paulo. The 40 floor Copan building in the heart of the city was designed by Brasilian architect Oscar Niemeyer as an experiment for living. It was built in 1957 and today houses about 5000 people. The height is 140m / 459 feet.
